Connart Studio provides a library of illustrations available for purchase and offers custom illustration services. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Studio's website and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing illustrations or requesting custom work, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Offered

Connart Studio offer three main products & services:

• Library Illustrations: Customers can purchase individual illustrations from our library to be used and integrated in any sort of designs
• Custom Illustrations: Customers can request custom illustration services based on their specific needs.
• Tattoo permissions: Customers can purchase a tattoo permission certificate, granting them the right to have Connart Studio's illustrations tattooed by the artist of their choice.

3. Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely online. Connart Studio accepts major credit cards and other payment options displayed during the checkout process.

4. Delivery of Illustrations

For library illustrations, upon successful payment, you will receive the purchased illustrations via email. For custom illustrations, delivery timelines and methods will be communicated during the project consultation.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All sales of library illustrations are final; no refunds or cancellations are allowed once a purchase is made. For custom illustrations, you may cancel the project and receive a full refund at the rough sketch stage. After approval of the rough sketch, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted.

6. Usage Rights

For Library Illustrations, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the purchased illustrations according to the license plan purchased. You may modify the background or colors but may not otherwise alter the illustrations. Reselling or redistributing the illustrations in any form is prohibited. The illustrations remain non-exclusive and may be sold to other customers. The same apply for tattoo permissions.

For Custom Illustrations, you receive exclusive rights upon completion and full payment. You may use the illustrations as you see fit for your business purposes, but any modification, reselling or redistribution is prohibited by Connart Studio.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All illustrations are protected by intellectual property laws. For all illustrations produced by Connart Studio, the Studio retains ownership, and your purchase grants you a license as specified in Section 6 and the Licencing page.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connart Studio shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the illustrations purchased from this website, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Disclaimers

The illustrations are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Connart Studio does not guarantee that the illustrations will meet your specific requirements or that they are free from errors. While he Studio strives to ensure that all information on our website is accurate, it does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any content, including product descriptions and pricing. You are responsible for determining the suitability of the illustrations for your intended use and for complying with any applicable laws and regulations. Connart Studio is not liable for any technical issues you may experience while using the website, including viruses or other harmful components.

10. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of by Connart Studio's services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in France.
